Art has successfully led differentiated organizations in Energy, Agriculture and Technology. Trained as an engineer, Art held a number of senior executive positions in the oil patch, serving as Husky Oil's President and CEO of Husky Energy in 1984 - 1993. After leaving Husky, he spent two years as special advisor to Li Ka-Shing, Chairman of the Board of Hutchison Whampoa Ltd., focusing on international investments.  He founded Axia Netmedia in 1995 which successfully built and managed Next Generation fibre based networks in Canada, US, Europe and Asia.  He also maintains active ties to his family's agricultural roots, as co-founder and Chairman of the board of the Sunterra Group of Companies.

Debra is an educator and passionate mother and grandmother to 3 children and 3 grandchildren- she has always put their needs over her own.  Debra has also served as a leader on a number of Springbank school-based and community centric non-profit organizations.  Together Art and Debra want to create a diverse and sustainable multigenerational community that converges internationally proven entrepreneurial expertise with a focus on family values.

Robert, Lyndon and Jeff bring a fresh perspective to sustainable communities and quality of life. 

Robert Price is a Founder and the CEO of Bōde, an online real estate marketplace that launched in Alberta in 2019 and expanded to British Columbia and Ontario selling over $1B in property across Canada.  Bode was awarded as one of Calgary’s Top 15 most innovative companies and top 50 most promising businesses by Alberta Innovates. Bōde directly connects buyers and sellers directly with ease while saving 10s of thousands of dollars fully online.

Previously, Robert was a senior executive at telecom leader and disruptor Axia, which provided next-generation fibre-based networks to customers in Canada, the US, France, and Singapore. Robert is also an Advisor to one of Canada’s fastest-growing tech companies Symend and has a land development partnership building high-tech, sustainable communities. As an Avenue Magazine Calgary’s Top 40 Under 40, and Premier appointed Invest Alberta Directorship, Robert has a passion for transformational businesses that empower customers and drive economic diversification.  

Lyndon Boychuk is a visionary entrepreneur with over 15 years of executive experience in modernizing traditional industries. He began his career in construction with South Rock (now Aecon) and co-founded One Environmental (now Environmental 360 Solutions), where he constructed, approved and operated waste management facilities in Western Canada in addition to land development projects.

As Co-Founder and CEO of One Environmental Inc., Lyndon led the company to regional dominance within a decade, earning the EY Entrepreneur of the Year, Environmental Category, award in 2017. He has successfully founded and exited multiple companies across construction, environmental services, land development, mining, and private capital.

Lyndon holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance with Honors from the University of Saskatchewan Edwards School of Business. His strategic acumen and blend of financial and operational expertise drive his success in business transformation and growth through innovation.

With his wealth of knowledge, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment to excellence, Lyndon continues to drive innovation and growth in traditional industries, shaping the future of business through his visionary leadership and transformative approach.  

Jeff Jackson has spent 18 years in Alberta real estate, previously co-founding Charles Real Estate (2013) and Bōde Canada (2019).  Charles is a leader in customer experience with a specialization in high quality real estate initiatives.  After launching in Alberta, Bode expanded to B.C. and Ontario and has transaction in excess of $1B in property across Canada. Jeff has extensive experience building high quality homes in the premiere Calgary communities.  Jeff holds a Bachelor of Commerce specializing in marketing with distinction and a Bachelor of Kinesiology with distinction from the University of Calgary.

Together PBJ has vast and applicable strategic and tactical expertise to work closely with Art and Debra to make The Acres a truly unique community.
